My name is Cannell van Dien and currently I am working at CIFOR-ICRAF (World Agroforestry) where I focus on projects related to agroecology, community development and science communication. Key activities included project implementation support, research activities, data analysis and monitoring and evaluation.

Specializations in archaeology of the Andes region and applied archaeology. Thesis research into the role of archaeological research for the development of sustainable agriculture in Peru.

Ervaring
At CIFOR-ICRAF I'm focusing on agroecology, asset-based community development and science communication. I've been supporting the Transformative Partnership Platform on Agroecology and its online Community of Practice. Key activities included project implementation support, a global review on citizen science initiatives in agroecology and data-analysis of AssetBased Community Development (ABCD) in Western Kenya.
Research as part of the 'Pathways towards a sustainable and inclusive Cauvery Delta' project.
