--> Establishing and leading a new team of 60 employees in a fast-paced organisation during the different stages of the crisis
--> Implementing new working processes and engaging with external and internal stakeholders
--> Goal of team: protecting the vulnerable in outbreaks in healthcare and educational institutes in the province of Utrecht
2. Team leader contact tracing COVID-19 (Jul - Oct '20)
--> Leading the new training curriculum for 300+ employees and coaching 15-20 trainers throughout the process
3. Contact tracing COVID-19 (Jun - Jul '20)
--> Assisting patients diagnosed with COVID-19, offering support and mapping potential transmission routes
