Ling L. L.

I am a co-founder of the Access to Justice Toolkit, a justice-related entrepreneurial venture that connects victims of international crimes with legal institutions and social services, supported by the Nuhanovic Foundation and the Amsterdam Law Hub incubator program. I am also a legal intern at the Nuhanovic Foundation, where I am part of the founding team of the Ukraine Legal Network, a project that aims to facilitate access to justice for victims of human rights violations in Ukraine. In addition, I am pursuing my Master of Laws degree in International and Transnational Criminal Law at the University of Amsterdam, after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Literature from University College Utrecht. My core competencies include contract drafting, web content creation, and custom content creation.

In my recent work experience, I have been involved in various tasks and activities that demonstrate my skills and interests in human rights, justice, and law. For example, I have contributed to determining the scope and aims of the Ukraine Legal Network, researching potential stakeholders and funding partners, planning for the expansion of ULN activities and collaborations, participating in meetings, organizing events, and networking. I have also presented my paper on human rights-based climate change litigation at the ‘Universal Declaration of Human Rights at 75’ Conference at Ghent University, addressing the challenge of proving victim status before international adjudicatory bodies. I am passionate about creating and delivering innovative solutions that can make a positive impact on the lives of people who have suffered from injustice and violence. I believe that I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have lived and studied in different countries and cultures, and have a strong academic background in public international law, international criminal law, and human rights.
