Travelled to Cameroon on a mission, and won over 3 EOI and RFPs. Preparation of expressions of interest for future calls for tender: search for partners if an association is required (identification of potential partners: government agencies, universities, NGOs; negotiation of partnership), search for relevant and interested experts, selection of qualifying project references
Support for business managers in preparing responses to calls for tender, in particular by participating in:
identification of experts to be included in our proposal: use of our database, contacts with research institutes or others, negotiation of fees and conditions, etc.
Drafting of the description of the intervention and the services that will be carried out, and the approaches/tools to be used, preparation of the financial proposal.
Contract management: drawing up contracts with experts, setting up management tools, organizing the assignment, quality control.
● Review of the partnership process of the grants department.
● Develop, implement, and evaluate a checklist assessment tool, to assess the partnership relationship between RI and partner PHCCs.
● Piloted the tool at several PHCCs in Beirut.
● The tool was evaluated and presented to a Jury from RI and UOB.
● Review of Due Diligence and subgrant agreements before signing with the PHCCs.

● Develop Quality Assessment Tool used on a national level.
● Act as the focal person for accreditation at the PHCCs.
