• Business Systems Analyst attached to the Business Application Support Unit providing technical support to business users on SAP Modules of (MM/SRM/PM) Q-Pulse, Team Mate+, Asset Management and other systems.
• Documenting Requests for Change documents for system changes or upgrades, Performing systems user tests on new functionalities for Quality Assurance purposes and providing user support and training
• Developing technical specifications, design models, and design artifacts for business processes identified for automation and providing 1st and 2nd-level user technical support for all supported systems.
