This is you
- you are a good communicator and even better achiever
- when you set a goal, you can’t be stopped
- you are passionate about qualitative and quantitative impact analysis in challenging contexts and you are familiar with requirements of major donors and with IATI.
- you have a relevant HBO/University degree and bring along abundant experience and contacts
- you can read, write, speak and think out of the box in English and French
This is how you'll contribute
- create harmonized M&E practices to promote evidence-based learning and decision-making
- support MEL officers in the country offices
- report on and enforce the highest standards of performance in terms of delivery on the agreed tasks, in close collaboration with the entire organizations and external partners.
- take the lead for having value-adding external evaluations performed
- enable management to take well-informed, forward-looking decisions
