Organization:  Resolution Foundation (serving Resolution Project and Enactus)
Location:  Netherlands (office anticipated to be located in The Hague)
Classification:  Part-time, (20 hours per week)

Work Environment:  Hybrid, with a minimum of 1 day per week in the office

The Executive Assistant will work closely with the CEO. This individual will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, travel, and administrative needs. We are looking for someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent judgment in regards to sensitive information. Interest in supporting youth who want to make a difference in the world is a must.

This is a part-time position (20 hours per week, Monday-Friday) requiring in-office work at least once a week in the Hague.(Please note, Stichting Resolution is currently actively looking for office space. The Executive Assistant will be permitted to work from home full time until an office is procured).

Key Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with organizational leadership, professional staff, and volunteers to support the CEO as follows:
  • Manage scheduling and calendar for the CEO, directly coordinating with high-level donors, partners, and Resolution and Enactus staff in both the US and the Netherlands.
  • Anticipate future scheduling and preparation needs, coordinate preparation with relevant Resolution and Enactus staff, and keep the CEO organized and informed.
  • Book CEO work travel and work meetings (including transit, hotel, and restaurant reservations).
  • Provide administrative support to the Resolution and Enatus Boards of Directors, including various board committees.
  • Manage and submit the CEO's expense reports and reimbursements.
  • Handle purchases on the CEO's behalf.
  • Draft correspondence and manage replies to emails from the CEO's inbox, as directed.
  • Conduct mail merges on the CEO's behalf.
  • Synthesize meeting notes and action items for follow-up.
  • Provide support for other administrative items and related duties, as required.

Qualifications and Eligibility

  • Fluency in both Dutch and English in a business context, in both written and spoken communication.
  • High level of professional written and verbal communication with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • At least four years of relevant work experience, including administrative work.
  • Extremely organized with meticulous attention to detail and follow through.
  • Ability to both work well independently and seek support and points of escalation when needed.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information about correspondence, financials, donors, team members, Resolution Fellows, etc. with discretion and good judgment.
  • High level of general computer competency and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites (Gmail, Calendar, Docs and Drive)

Preferred
  • Previous involvement with international non-profit organizations.
  • Familiarity/experience with Airtable, Salesforce and/ or other CRM tools. Training on our systems is available.
Eligibility

Candidates must be eligible to work in the Netherlands. They must live within commuting distance of The Hague or be willing to relocate within 90 days of the start of their employment.
