Management:

Coordination and management of multiple projects with multiple stakeholders.

Grant management based CBA and VfM principles and budget control.

Business development, resource mobilisation and fundraising from various sources.

Development and adaptation of monitoring and evaluation systems within programs.

WB, EU, DGIS, UKAid, MCC, DANIDA, SDC, SIDA, FINIDA, UNHCR, UNICEF.
Institutional:

Develop strategies for institutional management support.

Capacity building, mentoring, peer review and training of water and sanitation service providers.

Facilitating the introduction and adoption of water and sanitation related policies, innovative finance mechanism, strategies and technologies at sub-national level.

Adapting fund structures to ensure: room for innovation, efficient management, fiduciary duty, compliance and value for money analysis.

Incorporation of a Human Rights Based Approach / Gender Equality & Social Inclusion as a driving force for project management and implementation.
Technical:

Review & evaluation of engineering designs of water, sanitation, and solid waste infrastructure and supporting technologies including measuring and monitoring systems (KoBo ODK)

Co develop strategies and implement WASH emergency interventions (hands on!!).

Develop of effluent and human waste reuse for agriculture/horticulture and small irrigated systems.

Experience with WASH: - in schools, - people with disabilities, - Gender sensitive, - in low income areas (LIAS)

Implementation of participatory planning and needs assessments and participatory oversight of O&M

Contract management and supervision related to construction of infrastructure, quality control, conversant in FIDIC Yellow and Red books.
