Are you passionate about sexual and reproductive health and rights, meaningful and inclusive youth participation, and organizational leadership? CHOICE is looking for three committed and dynamic young people to join our Board.   This is a unique opportunity to gain leadership experience, shape the strategic direction of a bold, youth-led organization, and navigate a rapidly changing political landscape.

ABOUT CHOICE

CHOICE for Youth and Sexuality (CHOICE) is a professional youth-led organization that advocates for the Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) of young people globally. CHOICE's vision is that all young people have the power to make decisions about their sexual, reproductive & love lives!

We firmly believe that young people should be able to make informed and personal decisions regarding their sexual and reproductive health. Moreover, it is our core conviction that young people should participate meaningfully in decisions, policies and programs that affect their lives, in particular related to their SRHR. We mutually strengthen the capacity of young people and youth-led organizations, supporting them to be leaders and change-makers. We are intersectional feminists, and we aim to be sex-positive, courageous, playful, and supportive in all that we do.

CHOICE consists of a Board, 10 full-time employees led by the Executive Director, and a dedicated group of volunteer Youth Advocates. As a flat, horizontal organization, CHOICE values the experiences and perspectives of all its members, ensuring that every voice is heard and considered in decision-making.
