VSO invites tender applications for a suppliers for an impact facilitation agency to design resource toolkits on youth impact related topics and run cross-portfolio solution sourcing workshops and community of practices and would like to invite you to apply.
VSO’s requirements:
- Designing Youth Impact Toolkits: Develop standardized, impactful toolkits on five key youth-related topics for private sector companies operating in Africa and the Middle-East. Topics include youth-inclusive recruitment, space for youth voice, community-based youth outreach, online youth marketing, and youth-relevant and young parent-specific benefits.
- Running Solution Sourcing Workshops: Conceptualize, design, and conduct Solution Searching Workshops and Cross-Portfolio Collaboration Hubs (Community of Practices). These initiatives will enhance the youth quality work journey for our private sector portfolio, helping companies attract, select, and retain young talent.
Expressions of interest: all expressions of interest must be received by VSO by 16 November 2023 12:00 CET and must be submitted electronically (emailed) to the following email address: d.tsoi@vso.nl. The EOI must include a contact name, company name, company address, phone and email address.
Tender documents: tender documents will be sent to those who expressed an interest, following the close of the EOI period. Deadline for tender documents submission is 22 November 2023 23:00 CET.
Anticipated contract start date: December 2023
Contract period: This consultancy assignment is project-based and expected to span December 2023 – August 2024. The consultant/agency will collaborate closely with CFYE’s team members, portfolio companies, and young individuals to drive transformative change in youth employment landscapes.
