I have been working as a multi-disciplinary product (UX/UI) designer for 16 years. Throughout my career, I have worked on various SaaS, B2B, and B2C products, with particular experience in the education, healthcare, fintech, travel, and food and beverage sectors and I have experience on both desktop and mobile platforms. I possess a deep understanding of evaluating user needs and goals from a business perspective. I believe that my sociology education during university has been instrumental in enhancing my understanding of human behavior and psychology in terms of UX.
